You’ll bridge traditional brand storytelling with platform-native engagement. Your mission: ensure our creative work doesn’t just exist on social but thrives there by leveraging platform mechanics, creator culture, and algorithmic trends from day one. You will work alongside Strategists, Producers, Art Directors and Copywriters to transform brand truths into cultural moments that audiences actually want to share and discuss.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of agency experience who thrives in a strategy-first, high-growth environment.

Mythic is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator in Charlotte, NC, to provide essential project management and administrative support for mid-market and Fortune 500 client accounts. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between creative teams and account services, managing everything from internal work orders and status reports to client meeting logistics. It is an ideal position for an aspiring advertising professional with previous internship experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.

Mythic is seeking a sharp, systems-minded Project Management Coordinator to join our PM team and help power the engine of the agency.
